Community sessions and informal support for everyday family life
Life can bring challenges to our relationships, families and personal wellbeing. Our Community Wellbeing & Family Support Programme creates a welcoming space where individuals and families can find encouragement, learn practical skills and connect with others.
Rooted in Christian values of compassion, dignity and service, we provide community sessions and informal support around issues that affect everyday family life.
Our sessions explore practical topics including:
Family relationships and healthy communication
Parenting and the challenges of raising children
Marital communication and building stronger relationships
Conflict resolution and managing disagreements constructively
Youth resilience, confidence and positive wellbeing
We also offer community drop-in sessions where people can talk, receive encouragement and access practical support in a friendly, non-judgemental environment.
We understand that some situations require specialist help. Where appropriate, we can signpost individuals and families to relevant local services and organisations.
Our programme is not a replacement for professional services, but a place where people can be heard, encouraged and helped to take their next step.
Our Safeguarding Commitment →You don't need to be a member of our church to take part.
Whether you're looking for support, want to strengthen your family relationships or simply want to connect with your community, you're welcome.
